I’m a wife to my high school sweetheart, mom to two spunky girls, lover of naturally lit, cozy spaces, budget-friendly takeovers, and let’s be honest…a woman who’s always halfway through a project with coffee in one hand and a measuring tape in the other.

    My DIY Story

    I’ve always had a heart for making things beautiful. Even before we bought our first home, I was rearranging furniture and spray painting anything that sat still long enough.

    When we finally became homeowners (cue happy tears and a lot of Lowe’s receipts), I dove headfirst into DIY projects—not because I had a huge budget, but because I had big ideas and Pinterest-fueled determination.

    I started this blog to share the wins, the fails, and everything in between. Because let’s face it: DIY isn’t always Instagram-perfect. But it is doable, fun, and absolutely worth it when you step back and say, “I did that.”
